ConnectingDOTS is a non-profit organisation that was founded with the aim to bring long-lasting changes for the benefit of human welfare. Our mission is to motivate and empower people to play a vital role in their own development and well-being as well as in that of their communities. The organisation utilises participatory methods and other creative tools to facilitate the active involvement of people in social transformation.

In particular, the organisation aims to promote:

• Lifelong Learning and empowerment of young and adult people with fewer opportunities
• Active European citizenship and participation in social life
• Equal opportunities for those who are excluded (elimination of discriminations)
• Intergenerational, intercultural and bicommunal dialogue
• Better mental health and healthy, responsible and sustainable lifestyles
• Equal access to health care–related resources, especially for people living in rural areas

Our team of changemakers work with community groups, the government, other stakeholders, and NGOs in Cyprus and abroad to cultivate sustainable social change. ConnectingDOTS is composed of experienced project management consultants, social activists, and professionals with background in social studies or social change action.
